Ronald D. Zipp is the chief attorney at Ronald D. Zipp Attorney At Law. He brings over 40 years of experience in the practice of Civil and Criminal law, including extensive Federal Court proceedings. Admitted to practice before the Federal District Court, Southern and Western Districts of Texas, Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
Expertise in the handling of cases involving Domestic (including Divorce, Adoption, and Family Law), Juvenile matters (Civil and Criminal), Wills and Estate (including the development of properties), Oil and Gas Drill Site Opinions, Mental Health proceedings, School District matters Trial work (Civil and Criminal), Probate, Corporate and Banking, Immigration, Municipal Law, Hospital matters and Collection matters.
